é Musar
Chateau Musar has opened its wine cellar in the heart of EddéYard. Wine tastings are held twice a month, on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday, in this unique setting with a private glimpse on the Byblos Citadelle beautifully glowing at night.

• BIBLINOS OINOS, the wine of Byblos, left thousands of year ago the Phoenician port, recently identified by specialist Mrs. Honor Frost, to entertain the Pharaohs who were dressed and draped with the color purple, extracted from the Murex (also a source of beauty and rejuvination: creams, oils, powders)
• Theocritus, the Greek poet (310 250 B.C.) described the Bybline wine, fine and fragrant - four years in the cask (see p118 Nina Jidejian, Byblos Through the Ages).
• Archestratus of Syracuse (4th century B.C.): ³I praise too, Bybline wine from sacred Phoenicia², comparing it with the wine of Lesbos.
